By creating an account and playing on Nostalg Aion you agree to these Terms of Service. Nostalg Aion is a non-commercial, fan-operated private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT or Gameforge. Aion and all related assets are trademarks of NCSOFT.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person may hold multiple accounts, but account sharing is at your own risk. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Fair play

• No third-party software, bots, macros, or exploits.
• No real-money trading of in-game assets outside the official shop.
• No harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour.

3. Purchases

All shop purchases use coins credited to your web account. Purchases are digital goods. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.

4. Availability

The server is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, wipes, or rule changes with reasonable notice.
