Refund Policy

Nostalg Aion is a fan project and donations help cover server costs. Coins and shop items are digital goods delivered instantly.

Coin purchases

Coins credited to your balance are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a payment fails to credit your balance, contact us and we will resolve it.

Shop items

In-game items delivered to a character cannot be refunded once claimed. If an item was not delivered due to a technical error, we will re-deliver it or refund the coins.

How to request

Open a support ticket on our Discord with your account name, the transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
